Our gathering will be hosted at the
Embassy Suites – Atlanta Airport.
Registration for the event includes options for Double
& Single Rooms. Double Rooms are limited and we encourage early registration to secure them. All rooms are suites and include a sleeper sofa.
The gathering organizers will book your rooms directly. There is no need to contact the hotel separately for arrangements.
You will be notified of confirmation numbers by organizers closer to the event date.
Roommate requests will be sent out at the close of the regular registration period in August.
If you are flying, please use Atlanta Hartsfield Airport (ATL).
The Embassy Suite does have a shuttle from the airport that runs every 30 minutes from 5:00am to 1:00am with guest pickup in the *Domestic terminal only*.
From airport baggage claim follow the signs to Ground Transportation. We pick up in the purple hotel shuttle area. We strongly encourage that you allow yourself extra time to arrive at the airport, clear security and arrive at your gate on time.
If you are driving, you are invited to park at the hotel. The cost per day for parking for day use is $12. Parking overnight is $16 per night. You are responsible for your parking costs. This is not covered in the registration.
We encourage participants to carpool.
